How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings, go to the subscription section, and use “manage subscription” to cancel through the billing portal. There's no contract and no cancellation fee — you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again.
What you'll use: The subscription section in Settings and the “manage subscription” link to the billing portal (where you can also update your card).
Steps
- Go to Dashboard → Settings.
- Open the subscription section and click “manage subscription” to open the billing portal.
- Choose cancel — the portal confirms the date your access runs through.
- You keep full access until that date; after it, you won't be billed again. You can resubscribe later from the same place.
Why this matters: Cancelling is self-serve — no email, no phone call, no retention hoops. We'd rather you leave easily and come back than feel locked in.
