Account data: your email address, name, and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider). Billing data: handled by Stripe; we never store your card number. Business data: the business you select and public information about it and nearby businesses — search rankings, listing details, and public reviews — collected from public sources to provide the service. Usage data: basic product analytics and server logs.
We use this data to run your dashboard: tracking rankings, analyzing public reviews, auditing your website, and generating reports. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the processors that make the service work (hosting, database, search-data providers, AI analysis, email, payments), each bound by their own data-processing terms.
Rankings, business listings, and reviews we analyze are public information. Verbatim third-party content (such as raw review text) is retained only briefly for processing and then purged on a scheduled basis; we retain derived facts and analysis (ratings over time, sentiment scores, ranking positions).
We use a session cookie for authentication and a preview token cookie that keeps your free scan preview available to you for 7 days. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
