How often does my dashboard data update?
Different data updates on different rhythms: your 10 priority keywords refresh every night, the full 50 weekly, the geo-grid about every two weeks, review sentiment weekly, competitor promos every 48 hours, and profile and search-volume data monthly. Each panel reflects its own cadence, so the dashboard stays current without you refreshing anything.
The split is deliberate — the searches that matter most (your priority 10) are checked nightly so you see movement fast, while the long tail refreshes weekly to keep costs, and therefore your price, down without missing trends.
A few things you can also trigger yourself between automatic runs: a manual keyword re-scan, a geo-grid re-run, and a GBP audit, each with a monthly allowance. Everything else runs on its schedule with nothing to press.
The complete, hour-by-hour schedule — every feed and its cadence — lives on the data-freshness page, which is generated from the same limits the app enforces, so it can't drift.
