How do I add, remove, or change my tracked keywords?
Use the “All tracked keywords” manager on the Keywords page. You can add a keyword, remove one, or flag it as a priority (daily-tracked) or map keyword. The set holds up to 50 keywords — 10 priority and up to 5 for the geo-grid — so at the cap you remove one to add another.
What you'll use: The “All tracked keywords” list — an add field, per-keyword remove, and priority/map toggles, each enforcing its cap.
Steps
- Go to Dashboard → Keywords → “All tracked keywords”.
- To add: type the keyword and confirm — a fresh rank scan runs immediately so it shows a position right away.
- To remove: use the remove control on any keyword row (do this first if you're at the 50-keyword limit).
- To change tiers: toggle “priority” (adds it to the daily-tracked 10) or “map” (adds it to the geo-grid's 5) — each has its own cap.
Why this matters: Keep your priority 10 pointed at your highest-value searches — those are the ones checked every night; the rest refresh weekly.
