What should I check each week, and in what order?

Start at the Action Plan and do its top one or two items — it's already ranked by impact. Then skim the War Room stat row for anything that moved, reply to any new reviews, and add a keyword from Discovery when it has findings. That's a complete weekly loop in about ten minutes.

What you'll use: The Action Plan (your ranked to-do list), the War Room stat row, the Reputation review monitor, and the Keywords Discovery panel.

Steps

  1. Open the Action Plan and do the top action — it's the highest-impact, most-doable move right now. If you have time, do the second.
  2. Glance at the War Room stat row: did your Map Pack rank, visibility score, or alerts change since last week? Click into anything that dropped.
  3. Go to Reputation and reply to any new reviews (the AI drafts them; you edit and send).
  4. Once a quarter, open Keywords → Discovery when it has fresh findings and add the best untracked keyword to your set.
Why this matters: Local SEO rewards consistency more than intensity — a short, repeatable weekly loop beats an occasional deep dive, and the Action Plan means you never have to decide where to start.
