How do I reply to my Google reviews faster with AI drafts?

Open the Reputation page's review monitoring. It lists your latest Google reviews and drafts a suggested reply for each with AI — you edit it and send it yourself. A one-line stat also shows how often you reply versus your most responsive neighbor, so you know if you're falling behind.

What you'll use: The review monitoring list (negatives flagged first), the AI “Draft a reply” action, and the “you vs your neighbors” reply-rate stat.

Steps

  1. Go to Dashboard → Reputation → Review monitoring and load your latest reviews.
  2. For a review, click “Draft a reply” — the AI writes a reply based on the review's content.
  3. Edit the draft to sound like you, then copy it and post it on your Google Business Profile (we draft; you send — Google discourages fully automated replies).
  4. Check the reply-rate line: if a neighbor replies to far more of their reviews than you, make replying a weekly habit.
Why this matters: Owner replies signal an active, trustworthy business to both customers and Google — and doing it fast, in your voice, is far easier from a draft than a blank box.
