How do I get more Google reviews (the compliant way)?

Open the Reputation page and share your review link (or its QR code) with every customer. It sends everyone straight to your Google review page — the same public link for all, with no star-gating — which is the compliant way to grow reviews under Google's policy and the FTC's fake-review rule.

What you'll use: The review request link + routing URL, and the printable QR kit.

Steps

  1. Go to Dashboard → Reputation.
  2. Copy your routing URL (or the direct Google review link) and download the QR kit.
  3. Share it with every customer after a job — text/email the link, and put the QR on counter cards, invoices, and door hangers.
  4. Ask everyone (not just the happy ones) — sending everybody the same public link is what keeps you compliant.
Why this matters: Review gating — routing only happy customers to Google — violates Google's review policy and the FTC's 16 CFR Part 465, and puts your listing at risk. This tool is built the compliant way on purpose.
