What do my review sentiment scores mean?
Your sentiment scores are AI ratings of what your recent Google reviews actually say, broken into the four aspects that decide reputations in your industry — for home services: service speed, price clarity, work quality, and professionalism. Each is scored as a strength or a weakness, so you see what customers praise and complain about, not just an overall star number.
The scoring is aspect-based sentiment analysis (ABSA): instead of one blunt rating, the AI reads each review, decides what it says about each aspect, and rolls those into a per-aspect score. The four aspects adapt to your vertical — communication, expertise, outcomes, and responsiveness for law firms; bedside manner, wait time, expertise, and office & staff for practices — so the read matches how your customers actually judge you.
Read your own aspect cards first: a low aspect is a specific, fixable complaint theme (a low “price clarity” usually means customers felt surprised by the bill), and a high aspect is a strength worth advertising on your site and in your Google posts.
The scores come from your latest ~20 Google reviews and refresh weekly, so they track your recent reputation rather than a listing's whole history. Line them up against the competitor aspect cards to see exactly where a rival is ahead.
