Guides
How do I see where I rank across my whole service area?
Open the Geo-grid page. It shows your Google Maps rank from 16 points across your area as a heatmap — green where you're in the top 3, red where competitors beat you — for each of your selected keywords.
How-to →How do I run a fresh geo-grid scan?
Click "Run refresh" on the Geo-grid page — it re-scans all 16 points for your map keywords. You get 3 free manual re-runs each month (on top of 2 automatic scans); beyond that, extra grids are $1 each.
How-to →Why is my Google rank different in different parts of my city?
Because Google localizes results by where the searcher is standing — proximity is a ranking factor. You can be #1 at your storefront and invisible a few neighborhoods over, which is exactly why the geo-grid shows a range of ranks across your area instead of one number.
